Chef Chris Robinson
Chris is a Montana native who grew up in Bigfork. His foods maintain a simple balance of flavor and texture with unique styles.
The creative aspect of food preparation is his greatest professional passion. He has worked in 10 professional kitchens over the course of the past 20 years.
Chris utilizes authentic cooking techniques, stemming from a worldly perspective on food flavors, including Italian, Asian, Southwestern, Cajun, and traditional American.
By creatively crossing techniques and flavors Chris develops meals never before created anywhere in the world.
Chris says “The best meals are simple, utilizing a flavor balance amongst the finest quality ingredients with proper execution of a variety of techniques.”
Chris holds tremendous pride for maintaining high quality, scratch made, authentic meals with delectable flavor balance, utilizing texture as the canvas for his artwork.
